The fire-forming theory, known as the fire triangle theory, explains the three elements required for a fire to start: fuel, oxygen, and heat. The objective of this Fire Risk Assessment are to evaluate the facilities that have potential fire related hazard that pose a risk of human injury, damage to the environmental, damage to the properties, business interruption or harm the reputation, and furthermore ensure the adequate Fire Measures including Fire protection System are in place to either eliminate the fire hazard or ensure to reduce the risk to the acceptable level:
